Our Principle Architect samrin furtado who is an highly qualified as an Bachelors in Architecture ( B.Arch ). soon after Graduation from S.P.S.M.B.H.S College of Architecture Kolhapur Maharashtra in 2005 which is affiliated to shivaji university and after being a registered member from Council of Architecture New Delhi (C.O.A ) & Indian Institutes of Architects ( I.I.A ) , he started his career Beside doing his training in Goa, he also worked for some of the local Architecture firms , Builders & Developers as an Architect . In 2010 he gaining a fair amount of knowledge in Dubai U.A.E where he worked as an Project Architect for Carrara Mid Industrial Co llc a member of Depa Global Interiors
In the end of 2011 he started his Organization as Ar Samrin furtado & Associates by providing services in the field of Architecture ,Interiors & Landscape Designing .

Our structural consultant Mr I.S Patil is an chartered , Civil ,structural Engineer from kolhapur Maharashtra India . After doing his graduation in civil ( B.E civil ) from karnataka University he had done his Masters in Engineering ( M.E Structures ) Maharashtra He is also active as a structural Professor teaching in S.P.S.M.B.H.S College of Architecture Kolhapur Maharashtra affiliated to shivaji university . The Extensive skills of designing any complex form makes the structure itself durable, safe & sound . The ability to find solution to complex situations it self sets up an higher degree of satisfaction . He possesses a vast amount of knowledge in theoretical as well as Practically . His technical abilities of understanding the RCC Design for small scale or any larger scale structure is far more better as compared to the Consulting engineers whom i had still worked and interacted.
